Terms of Service

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on AskAI for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server
• Using automated systems to scrape or harvest data
• Circumventing security or authentication measures

To use certain features of AskAI, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account information
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental consent to use our Services.

You agree not to use AskAI for any purpose that is:

• Illegal or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or involves identity theft
• Infringes upon intellectual property rights of others
• Transmits viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Disrupts the normal operation of our Services
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Circumvents rate limits or usage policies
• Engages in spam or unsolicited bulk communications

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASKAI AND ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR USING OUR SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

ASKAI PROVIDES THE SERVICES "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will meet your specific requirements
• The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any defects or errors will be corrected
• The Services are free from viruses or harmful components

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Users are responsible for independently verifying information before relying on it for important decisions.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees according to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Billing will occur on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as selected) until cancellation.

• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• You are responsible for keeping payment information current and accurate
• Failed payments may result in suspension of Services
• Refunds are available per our refund policy posted separately

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may delete your data and content according to our data retention policy, except where required to retain data by law.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be subject to informal resolution. You agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute before pursuing legal action.

If informal resolution fails, you and AskAI agree to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, rather than litigation in court, except for claims involving intellectual property or injunctive relief.
